Client: South East Water / Utility Services
South East Water replaced an existing pipeline that was constructed in the 1860s along one of Melbourne’s busiest retail streets. The project focussed on replacing a large water main that ran along the length of Chapel Street from St Kilda to Toorak Road.
CNC Project Management involvement in the project included:
- Supporting Utility Services in key stakeholder and community consultation;
- Undertaking direct engagement with owners and occupiers affected by the project; and
- Providing additional strategic overview of the project to ensure that all of the stakeholders were effectively communicated with and the construction impacts on stakeholders were managed to the high standards required by South East Water.
This project is now complete.
